Please note that our terms and conditions only apply to khalilsavary.com do not apply to items purchased through third party page links accessed from our web site. Please contact the third party affiliate, merchant or registered seller directly.

Availability:
All goods are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice. If for any reason we are out of stock with any item you have ordered. We will notify you immediately either by post, email, and phone or by fax to offer you an alternative. Or you have the option to either back date your order until when the item becomes available. Or you may wish to order a similar item that is currently available. Or you can cancel your order within 14 days and we will give you a full refund. When stock is unavailable this information will be posted on-line with re-stocking information. For items that are marked ”currently out of stock or unable to offer this item” this item may be out of stock or we may be in the process of re-stocking and we will post availability dates to you. Please keep visiting the site to check for information on re-stocking.

Calculating Cost:
Shopping cost varies per customer order depending on the method of delivery or shipment to a valid delivery address and country destination. (i.e. costs of delivery items vary from country to country). We apply delivery; handling and shipping cost were applicable. This is subject to the weight-based per item and per item and for group items. Shipping rates vary per item as each item is weighed and calculated to the nearest full pound.

Cancellation:
If you are not happy with any of your purchase or you wish to cancel your order at any time, you have the right to a full refund within 48 hours excluding Saturday and Public Holidays.

We require an email sent to info@khalilsavary.com with your order details and contact information to cancel any order. Please check with your local customs office before you place your order with us.  We cannot be held responsible for delays due to official strikes, international disputes, and wars that may impact deliveries in general.

Some countries will allow the import of certain goods under specific constraints, these goods may be classified as 'restricted goods' we are unable to deliver to such destinations. Cancellations, Changes And Additions To Your Order:
Additions, cancellations and changes to orders must be made within the first 48 hours of ordering, contact us by email for cancellations.

Change Of Address:
Notify us of your change of address as soon as possible so that we can update our records.  Contact us by email at info@khalilsavary.com

Christmas Order Dates:
We suggest that you place your last Christmas order with us by December 10th. We do not guaranty that any orders before Christmas will be received by Christmas.

Duty Tax:
Some World-wide countries may levy duty tax to overseas customers buying goods from the United Kingdom and European Union. It is your responsibility to investigate the duty tax you are liable to pay for imports with the customs authority in your local country or contact your local industrial office or government office.  You are responsible for any cost or additional duty tax charges. We do not take responsibility for paying your local taxes not do we take any responsibility for resolving such local duty tax issues.

Exchange Policy:
We operate a ‘no quibble’ money back guarantee policy. Our exchange policy is quite simple. If you are not happy, we are not happy. Just return it to us with the invoice or send it back to the delivery address on the delivery note. With the receipt, and we will give you an exchange or refund (excluding postage and packing and shipping).

Exchanges and Refunds are available, as long as you have kept the receipt and the original packaging. We are happy to exchange any item, which is returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days from the date of delivery provided that the item has not been damaged and it is returned in its original delivery packaging and it includes a Proof of Receipt. You must specify the reason for an exchange. You pay for the cost of returning item to us.

To return an item to us you need to contact us by email first.

Please note the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We shall not be responsible for any item that is lost or damaged in transit to us.  We also recommend that you obtain a ‘Proof of Postage Certificate’ from your local post office. If a product is faulty we will exchange the item or refund you in full not including any shipping costs. We advise customers that we may refuse faulty products. In addition to your statutory rights, you may return any items with which you are not fully satisfied within 14 days for a refund or replacement.

Exact product visuals may vary depending on your screen monitor resolution. For each product we have shown a photographic image of the exact product and an approximate dimension size. Some products may not be shown as actual size or as accurate as possible or error free. On occasions where we print an error we shall do our best to modify or delete the error as quickly as possible. But please be aware that all images featured on our web site are displayed in low resolution. Which means images displayed on-line may slightly vary to the original artwork or image.

Security:
Shopping on our web site is totally secure. For debit card and credit card  transactions -  our on-line  card provider   is Authorize.net. Our web site is linked directly to Authorize.net secure payment server. Which means Authorize.net manages our on-line card transaction payments. Our shopping cart and payment page is the only part of our site that Authorize.net, which means that we do not have to acquire, secure server facilities. The payment pages are a 'secure extension' of our site where you can safely transact.  When you choose the products that you want to buy, click on the pay button and you are transferred to Authorize.net secure payment page where your debit card and credit card details are captured. 

Authorize.net uses secure servers to protect your personal information, including your name, address and credit card information. When you enter your debit card or credit card details onto the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until Authorize.net receives it. Which means when you enter your debit card or credit card details the encryption process takes the characters and translate them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the internet.

All debit card and credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using SSL encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach Authorize.net purchasing system.

Any attempted purchase that appears to be suspicious will be reported to the debit card and credit card company. Items will only be dispatched upon approval by Authorize.net verification with the cardholder.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual, individuals, company or companies.

Unwanted and Damaged Goods:
No items should be returned to us without our prior approval. For items that have been returned which are unwanted or undamaged, there will be a restocking charge of 17% of the value of the item. Contact us by post or by email within 2 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it. Subject to the item still in its original delivery packaging and unmarked for restocking, we will give you a full refund.

You are responsible for the cost of returning undamaged items to us.  We strongly recommend that you return item using your local post office secured special delivery service. We shall not be responsible for any item that is lost or damaged in transit to us. We also recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage certificate from your local post office.
